NDegron
Contains a NLS (Nuclear localisation sequence) followed by a spacer and a modified TEV-cleavage site. After Protease cleavage Phenylalanine is exposed N-terminally, which leads to rapid protein depletion. In addition to that, after cleavage a NES (Nuclear export sequence) is exposed.
